After almost a decade and a half in the luxury real estate industry from London to the French Riviera, Mirka has put together her best tips on how to succeed as a real estate broker. 

She started her career in the UK, where she worked for some of the largest real estate corporations, such as CBRE and Foxtons and some of the largest residential real estate developers, like the Berkeley Group and Taylor Wimpey Central London. She often travelled to Hong Kong and Singapore, selling some of London’s finest real estate. She then followed her dream to live on the French Riviera and moved to live and work in Cannes. Here, she joined the team of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beauchamp Estates, Savills, and later The Kretz Family, where she appeared in Episode 7 of Season 3 of the Netflix hit series The Parisian Agency. In 2023, she decided to turn a new page, leave real estate and pursue her other passion, natural medicine. She has written this short guidebook to put together all that she has learned in her time in real estate.
